Oreo trifle with strawberries and cream – the easiest, quickest and most delicious dessert ever. A soft and creamy mascarpone filling, fresh strawberries and crushed Oreos – a scrumptious combination. The mascarpone filling can be replaced with plain cream or maybe vanilla custard. I assembled the portions in glasses, but bowls can be used, too. Make the dessert just before serving, so the biscuits don’t get too soft from lying with the strawberries and filling.
I love Oreos. You can used them for so many delicious things – Oreo cheesecake, which can be served in portions, too. And try my homemade Oreos or my delicious Oreo truffles. Enjoy!
