These cookies, or rather chocolate chunk cookies, are the best cookies I have ever baked. They are chewy, crispy, soft and absolutely perfect. I’ve added a lot of chopped chocolate, both dark and light and it tastes wonderful with that mix. I have baked a lot of cookies, but I have never really found the perfect recipe until now! Cookie crumble with raspberries and strawberries! A delicious crumble with crispy cookie dough with oatmeal, sweet and sour berries, and a few scoops of vanilla ice cream – that’s a great combination. I have made the cake with raspberries and strawberries, but you can use just the berries you want maybe blackberries or red currants. Or with rhubarb that I have used in this recipe for crumble with rhubarb and strawberries. Enjoy!

Brookies (brownie cookie cake) is truly a wonderful invention! Fudgy brownie, which itself is wildly delicious, baked with cookie dough .. so it doesn’t get any better. I’ve used my fudgy brownie recipe, which has already become one of the blog’s most popular recipes in a very short time. It’s also a really good brownie! The cake is perfect to bake the day before it has to be served so that it can cool down and get fudgy overnight. Enjoy!
