Brownies with cheesecake and cookie dough are a fusion between my fudgy brownie, cheesecake and brookie. These cakes are big hits, so I made this cake, which will hopefully be equally successful. I love the fudgy brownie, and the combination between the chocolate flavor, the sour and creamy cheesecake filling along with the crispy cookie dough is absolutely amazing. Bake the cake a day in advance, as it’s best if it can be refrigerated overnighted to set. Enjoy!
600 g Philadelphia or another natural cream cheese
100 g sugar
2 tsp. vanilla sugar
Make this cookie dough
Make this brownie
100 g dark chocolate for decoration
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk them together. Set the bowl aside and make the cookie dough.
Make cookie dough and set it aside.
Finally, make the brownie batter. Heat the oven to 180 C convection.
Pour the brownie batter into a cake tin. Pour over the cheesecake filling and stir it around slightly and down into the brownie batter with a knife. Spread the cookie dough over the cake. Sprinkle with chocolate and bake the cake for about 1 hour. Let the cake cool (preferably until the next day), and cut it into squares. Enjoy!
