Homemade nutella



Homemade nutella (for 1 glass).

80 g hazelnuts

100 g of good dark chocolate eg. Callebaut 54.5%

120 g of good milk chocolate eg. Callebaut 33.6%

2 dl heavy cream

50 g butter


How to do it:

Bake the hazelnuts in the oven for approx. 8 minutes at 180 ° C until the shell breaks and releases the hazelnuts. Remove the shell from the hazelnuts and blend them into fine flour. Chop the chocolate well and mix it with the blended hazelnuts in a bowl.

Boil the heavy cream and pour half of the cream over hazelnuts and chocolate while stirring well. Add the rest of the cream until the mass is collected, the chocolate melts and turns shiny. Add the butter a little bit and stir until it is melted. Pour your homemade nutella to a glass that has been cleaned and store the nutella on the fridge for approx. 1 week, but I think it will be eaten really fast. Bon appetite!
