Cream puff cake – a recipe for the most delicious and easiest cake/dessert ever with crackers, cream puffs, whipped cream and berries. Cream puff cake – it sounds almost too good to be true, doesn’t it? But that’s exactly what this recipe truly is! A really quick and easy dessert that’s made just before serving. I used TUC crackers, but you could use digestive biscuits or macaroons. And crème fraiche (sour cream) or mascarpone creme can be used instead of whipped cream, too. This cake is quite reminiscent of my quick cake with crackers, caramel and whipped cream – it’s just as quick, at least. Crush the crackers and put them in a dish. Mash the cream puffs and place 12 of them on top of the crackers. Add half the whipped cream and half the berries. Then repeat these layers until you have used all the elements. Refrigerate the cake for 15 minutes and enjoy immediately. Enjoy!
