Baked pointed cabbage with burrata – Recipe for delicious baked cabbage with browned butter and burrata. Baked cabbage is so delicious and really easy. Here I have cut a whole cabbage into four pieces and baked in the oven with oil, salt and pepper. When the cabbage is finished baking, decorate it with browned butter, burrata, chopped pistachio nuts and grated lemon peel. It’s such a lovely combination and it’s perfect to serve as a side dish for dinner. Instead of topping the cabbage with burrata, you can grate Parmesan on top, because it also tastes super nice.

Baked pointed cabbage with burrata

Instructions
Turn on the oven at 200 C fan.
Cut the pointed cabbage into 4 parts lengthwise. Place scallions on a baking sheet or in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle with extra oil and salt and pepper. Bake scallions for approx. 25 minutes
Brown the butter.
Pour the browned butter over the baked scallions and spread the burrata on top. Sprinkle with chopped pistachio nuts and grated lemon peel. Serve immediately. Bon appetite!
