This Friday’s hygge is chocolate bark with popcorn and raisins. A lovely and really easy snack on a rainy Friday. I made the bark with 70% dark chocolate, but use whatever chocolate you like best. I added popcorn and raisins, but an assortment of nuts, dried fruit and freeze-dried berries could be added, too. Try my other Friday hygge recipes, too: Snickers cake, healthier Nutella truffles and Danish snitter with M&Ms. Enjoy!

Chocolate bark with popcorn and raisins
Melt the chocolate in a double-boiler or at a low heat in a microwave. Mix the popcorn and raisins in a bowl, pour over the chocolate and mix it all together. Pour the mixture into a mold lined with baking paper. Decorate the bark with a little extra popcorn, sprinkles, gold dust, freeze-dried berries, powder and so on. Refrigerate until you’re ready to serve. Break or chop the chocolate bark into mouth-watering chunks and serve. Enjoy!
