Spinach waffles

Spinach waffles are perfect for lunch or dinnerat. These waffles are very easy to make—just like my spinach pancakes. The spinach waffles can be topped with, e.g., falafels, dressing, vegetables. They can also be topped with salmon or crispy chicken pieces. The waffles can easily be frozen and simply reheated in the oven or in a toaster. If you don’t have a waffle iron and are looking for one, then I can recommend this one  (*advertising link) that I use and am very pleased with. I also use the waffle iron to make these crispy Christmas waffles. Enjoy!
