250 ml water
250 g sugar
Grated zest of 1 organic lemon
100 ml lemon juice (ca. 2-3 lemons)
Boil the water, sugar and grated lemon zest. It just needs to boil for a few minutes. Take the pot off the heat and add the lemon juice.
Pour the sorbet mixture into a container and store in the freezer for 1.5 hours. Stir the sorbet a few times over 2 hours. Serve the sorbet afterwards or store it in the freezer until ready to serve. Enjoy!
