Happy December 8th. Classic oatmeal truffles are probably one of my favorites when it comes to Christmas goodies. Oatmeal truffles remind me of hyggelige times with my family, when my siblings and I would help our mom make them. In fact, I often made oatmeal truffles with my friends when we got home from school. Everyone can make oatmeal truffles and they’re so nice to make with others. You can roll the oatmeal truffles in all kinds of toppings: cocoa powder, desiccated coconut, chopped hazelnuts or colorful sprinkles. I have a few different oatmeal truffles recipes: oatmeal truffle cake with chocolate ganache, oatmeal truffle fudge and oatmeal truffles with Nutella. Enjoy!
