The most delicious thing ever! Chewy and crunchy Rice Krispies bottom with a silky-smooth chocolate layer. Guys you have to make these asap! Here is the recipe:
1 dl honey
1 dl sugar
2 tablespoon. creamy peanutbutter
150 g Rice Krispies
400 g dark chocolate
2 tablespoons. neutral coconut oil
Melt honey and sugar in a sauce pan while stirring around. Add the peanutbutter and stir until it is melted. Pour in the Rice Krispies and distribute the mass into a cake mold with baking paper (20×30) and put it in the fridge.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil and pour it over the Rice Krispies mass and put it back in the fridge.
Cut out small bites with a sharp knive and serve while they are still cold. Bon appetite!
