Ingredients
Big Mac dressing
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
200 g crème fraiche, 9% or 18%
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. sweet mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1-2 pickled gherkins, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
Big Mac salad
500 g minced beef
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Extras
1 iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
100 g cheddar, grated
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Approach
Big Mac dressing
Stir the mayonnaise into the crème fraiche, ketchup, sweet mustard, and garlic powder. Add the chopped pickled gherkins and season the dressing with salt and pepper.
Big Mac salad
Fry the minced beef, onion, and garlic in olive oil on a pan over high heat until the meat is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the salad on a platter. Top with the meat and sprinkle with grated cheddar. Spread the dressing over the salad and garnish with onions. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
