Baked feta with tomatoes and pasta

The best pasta dish with baked feta and tomatoes ever!

This recipe is based on one from Swedish Influencer Victoria Törnegren, but the original recipe is from this this Finnish blogger.

Preperation 10 min. / Cooking 20 min. / Total 30 min.
Ingredients

Baked feta with tomatoes and pasta

650 g small tomatoes, whole

1 onion, cut into thin strips

2 cloves garlic, minced

Olive oil

Chili flakes

Freshly ground pepper

500 g feta cheese (the one from Puck in the blue box)

400 g pasta

Fresh basil to garnish

Approach

Baked feta with tomatoes and pasta

Heat the oven to 200 C convection.

Mix the whole small tomatoes, onion, garlic well with the olive oil, chili flakes and freshly ground pepper. Pour it into a dish or onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place the feta cheese in the center of the tomatoes. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Turn the oven up to 225 C and bake for another 10 minutes until the feta cheese has browned.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta.

Mash the feta cheese and tomatoes using a fork and mix well. Add the pasta and fold it all together. Serve immediately with fresh basil. Enjoy!
