Avocado ice cream (approx. 10 ice pops):
4 dl almond milk or coconut milk
Juice from 1 lime
A pinch of salt
1/2 dl honey
Avocado ice cream:
Blend all the ingredients until it becomes a uniform mass. Maybe add some more honey if you like it a little more sweet. Destribute the avocado mass in 10 ice cream molds and put them in the freezer for about 5 hours or over night. Enjoy!
