Phyllo Dough Tart with Spinach and Feta – A recipe for a delicious savory tart with phyllo dough, spinach, and feta. This tart is super easy to make and tastes amazing. The tart consists of phyllo dough that is pressed together and placed in a dish, with spinach, onion, and garlic distributed in the folds, along with an egg mixture and feta. I garnish the tart with fresh thyme. It’s a very simple tart, perfect for everyday meals.
The tart is vegetarian but can easily be served with, for example, chicken meatballs with zucchini and feta or a salad like this one with spinach, burrata, and pickled red onions.
The phyllo tart can be enjoyed both warm and cold. Also, try my recipe for baked feta in phyllo dough or mini phyllo tarts with spinach and bacon.
Enjoy!

Ingredients
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan).
Sauté the onion and garlic in oil in a pot. Add the spinach and cook until it wilts. Add salt and pepper. Remove the pot from the heat.
Take each piece of phyllo dough and press it together slightly. Place them in a dish lined with parchment paper so they cover the entire bottom (see the video). Pour melted butter over. Distribute the spinach mixture into the folds.
Whisk together eggs, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Pour it over. Sprinkle feta cheese on top and garnish with fresh thyme.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let the pie cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
