Gnocchi with Peas
Melt butter in a pan. Sauté the onions and lemon zest. Add the gnocchi directly from the package. Fry them until they are golden and crispy. Pour in the pea puree and gently stir it in. Add Parmesan and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Ricotta with Feta
Blend ricotta with feta until you have a thick cream.
Serve the gnocchi with peas in bowls or on plates, and add a spoonful of the ricotta/feta cream on top. Make a small well in the cream, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Garnish with fresh peas. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
