Homemade Garlic Oil – A recipe for Homemade Garlic Oil with long-roasted garlic. This garlic oil is so easy to make, and it consists of only 2 ingredients: olive oil and garlic.
What can I use the garlic oil for?
The garlic oil can be used like regular oil. It can be used to fry meat, in salads, as a dressing and for many other delicious things. The garlic can be used to spread on toast, sprinkled with salt and chopped tomato. For tapas, for pesto, in dressings and in cooked dishes. The garlic can keep for up to 1-2 months stored in a dry place in an airtight container.
It takes time to peel so many garlic cloves, but you can also just buy them already peeled, so you save a little time. Enjoy!
