Tortilla pie

Tortilla pie – A recipe for tortilla pie with tortilla baked in a mold with meat filling, corn, cheese, and jalapenos.

Serve the pie with finely chopped lettuce and other vegetables. It can also be served with crème fraiche, salsa, and guacamole. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Tortilla pie

500 g minced beef

1 packet Tex Mex seasoning

100 ml crème fraiche

2 tins corn

3 large tortillas

150 g grated cheese

Jalapenos

 

 

Approach

Tortilla pie

Heat the oven to 200 C convection.

Fry the minced beef in a pan with a little olive oil. Add the Tex Mex seasoning and crème fraiche and stir well. Add the corn.

Line a springform pan of 23 cm with 3 tortillas, so they overlap. Pour in the meat filling, and sprinkle with grated cheese and jalapenos. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Carefully release from the springform and serve. Enjoy!
