150 g butter
250 g sugar
100 g cocoa powder
65 g all-purpose flour
2 tsp. vanilla sugar
1/2 tsk. salt
120 g butter, softened
35 g brown sugar
100 g sugar
200 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
150 g dark chocolate, chopped or buttons
1-2 packets Oreos
Melt the butter in a pot. Then add the sugar and cocoa powder and stir well. Take the pot off the heat and stir in the eggs and add the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt. Set the dough aside.
Whisk the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg. Mix the flour and baking powder and whisk into the dough. Finally, add the chocolate.
Heat the oven to 180 C convection.
Line a 21 × 21 cm tin with baking paper. Spread the cookie dough on the bottom. Spread the Oreos in a layer on the cookie dough and spread the brownie dough over that, so that it covers the Oreos. Bake the cake for 25-30 min.
