Salt with lemon, chili and elderflower

This salt with lemon, chili and elderflower is so perfect for meat, fish, salad dressing and for your avocado toast. Try the easy recipe here:



1 red chili

Peel of 1 big lemon

3 elderflowers

250 g Maldon sea salt



Turn on the oven at 50 C. Cut the chili into small pieces and mix it with lemon and elderflower and mix it all into the salt. Spread the salt on a baking tray and bake the salt for 1 hour. Turn off the oven and let the salt dry 1 hour extra. Pour the salt into some jars and store the salt in a dry place.
