Turn on the oven at 200 C fan.
Spread cream cheese on the puff pastry, spread pesto on and sprinkle with grated cheese. Roll the dough together and cut it into approx. 15 snails and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake snails for approx. 18-20 min. until they are golden and crispy.
