Pea dip with ricotta – A recipe for a creamy dip with peas, ricotta, and lemon.

The dip can be served with vegetable crudities, toast, or rye bread chips. The dip can also be used as a spread in sandwiches and wraps. Spice up the dip with a little extra flavor by blending some fresh mint leaves together with the other ingredients. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Pea dip with ricotta

250 g frozen peas, thawed

250 g ricotta

Zest of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper

2 tbsp. olive oil

 

Approach

Pea dip with ricotta

Blend all the ingredients into a soft and creamy dip. Put the dip in a bowl and garnish with extra olive oil and some fresh peas if you like. Serve with toasted bread. Enjoy!
