Potato wraps

Potato Wraps – Recipe for easy gluten-free wraps made from baked potato slices with cheese and oregano. These potato wraps are so simple and quick to make. The wraps are created by placing thin potato slices close together in a square, brushing them with oil, sprinkling grated cheese and oregano on top. After baking for just 10 minutes, they can be flipped and filled with various ingredients. I’ve filled these with pesto, spinach, Parma ham, mozzarella, pine nuts, and balsamic glaze.
