Havregrynskage med chokolade og nødder
Oatmeal cake with chocolate (makes about 16)
125 g butter
135 g oatmeal (I used coarse oatmeal but fine can also be used)
100 g sugar
50 g brown sugar
25 g all-purpose flour
1 little pinch of salt
75 g dark chocolate
50 g chopped hazelnuts
Oatmeal cake with chocolate
Heat the oven to 180 C Convection.
Melt the butter and stir in the oatmeal.
Beat the sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until light and fluffy. It will take a few minutes. Stir in the flour and salt. Then stir in the oatmeal mixture, chocolate, and hazelnuts. Pour the batter into a 20×20 cm form lined with baking paper. Bake the cake for about 25 minutes Refrigerate the cake for 1 hour before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
