Icecream boat

Icecream boats – Recipe for easy homemade ice boats with strawberry jam and vanilla ice cream without an ice cream machine. These ice boats are super easy and quick to make. They consist of store-bought waffle baskets, which can be bought in most well-stocked supermarkets, strawberry jam, homemade vanilla ice cream and chocolate coating. The vanilla ice cream is an ice cream made with condensed milk and whipping cream and therefore does not require the use of an ice cream machine. The vanilla ice cream can also be bought if you don’t want to make homemade ice cream. Instead of strawberry jam, you can also use raspberry jam. I have used waffle baskets, but you can also use soft taco boats if you want them to have the same consistency as the real ice cream boats. Enjoy!
