Feta wrapped in phyllo dough – Recipe for a delicious salad with feta wrapped in phyllo dough. This tasty wrapped feta is so easy and delicious. Wrapped feta consists of 2 blocks of feta cheese, wrapped in phyllo dough, brushed with melted butter. Then it’s sprinkled with sesame seeds and baked until crispy and golden. On top of the wrapped feta, it’s drizzled with rosemary honey, made by warming honey in a pot with fresh rosemary. I’ve served the wrapped feta on a quick and fresh salad made of lettuce leaves, tomatoes, peaches, and olive oil.
The wrapped feta on salad is a perfect side dish for dinner or it can be served as an appetizer. Also, try my recipe for fried feta with tomato salad. Enjoy!
