Feta dip with oven-baked potatoes

Feta dip with oven-baked potatoes – a recipe for deliciously creamy feta with oven-baked crispy potatoes.

Feta dip

200 g Greek yoghurt, 10 %

300 g feta cheese e.g., PUCK feta

1 tbsp. runny honey

Zest of 1 lemon

Lemon juice and pepper to taste

Oven baked potatoes

1 kg large potatoes

1 tbsp. dried oregano

1 tbsp. paprika

1 tbsp. onion powder

1 tbsp. garlic powder

Plenty of olive oil

Salt and pepper


Feta dip

Blend all the ingredients together into an even, soft and creamy dip. Pour the dip into a bowl and refrigerate until serving.

Oven baked potatoes

Heat the oven to 220 C convection.

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly and leave the skin on. Cut them into wedges and put them in a bag or bowl with the spices and olives. Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake the potatoes for about 40 minutes or until golden and crisp. Turn the potatoes once or twice.

Serve the potatoes with the feta dip. Enjoy!
