Chocolate mousse with cottage cheese – A recipe for creamy and airy chocolate mousse with chocolate and blended cottage cheese.
Cottage cheese gives a surprisingly delicious and creamy texture to the mousse. I used milk chocolate because that’s what I had, but dark chocolate is definitely preferable. I also garnished the mousse with fresh strawberries and grated dark chocolate, but you can garnish the mousse with whatever you like.

Chocolate mousse with cottage cheese
Blend the cottage cheese with the syrup and vanilla sugar. Blend until completely creamy with no lumps. It will take about 5 minutes
Melt the chocolate and pour it into the blended cottage cheese. Mix together quickly.
Whisk the cream lightly and mix with the cottage cheese mixture. Divide the mousse into 4-6 glasses and refrigerate for min. 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
Garnish the chocolate mousse with fresh strawberries and grated chocolate. Enjoy!
