Chocolate cake in a cup

Ingredients

Chocolate cake (makes 2 cups)

• 80 g butter, melted
• 2 eggs
• 3 tbsp. strong espresso
• 1 tbsp. maple or simple syrup
• 150 ml brown sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
• 1 little pinch of salt
• 100 ml flour
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
• 100 g large chocolate pieces, milk or dark chocolate, keep a little to sprinkle on the cakes

Extras

• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 1 handful fresh raspberries
