This is probably the world’s easiest pasta dish. A classic Italian dish consisting of pasta, black pepper and two kinds of cheese: parmesan and pecorino cheese.

Boil the spaghetti as instructed on the package in plenty of salted water. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan with olive oil and pepper. Take ca. 200 ml of the pasta water from the pot and pour it into the pan. Let it simmer a little. When the pasta is cooked, transfer it to the pan with 100 ml more of the pasta water. Let it simmer. Grate the cheese and mix it together with the pasta until it has a creamy consistency. Serve the pasta and add more grated cheese and freshly ground pepper if you like. Buon appetito!
