Banana oatmeal muffins – Recipe for easy and delicious banana muffins with oats and chocolate. These banana muffins are super tasty and perfect for lunchboxes. The muffins are made with oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon, mixed with bananas, milk, butter, and eggs. Dark chocolate chips are also added to the batter. I use fine oats, as they give a better texture compared to coarse oats. The oats can also be replaced with gluten-free oats if you’d like to make gluten-free muffins.
I bake these muffins in silicone molds, but paper liners can also be used. If using paper liners, it’s a good idea to brush them with butter or oil to make the muffins easier to remove. Banana muffins freeze well and are also great for lunchboxes. Try these muffins with banana, dates, and orange. Enjoy!
