Baked salmon with basil butter and parmesan

Heat the oven to 185 C convection

Put the salmon fillet in a dish lined with baking paper. Blend the butter, basil, garlic, pine nuts, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to an even cream/butter. Spread it over the salmon. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, parmesan, and lemon zest.

Bake the salmon for about 25 minutes Serve immediately. Enjoy!
