Baked feta with potatoes – Recipe for a delicious dish with baked feta, potatoes, and tomatoes. This dish is super tasty with baked feta cheese, potato wedges, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and spices. It closely resembles the viral baked feta pasta dish, but here it’s made with potatoes instead of pasta. The dish is perfect to serve for dinner with, for example, salad and meat. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) on the convection setting.

Rinse the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes.

Place the block of feta in the center of an ovenproof dish. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, potato wedges, onion, and garlic around it. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the spices. Bake for approximately 40 minutes, stirring a bit along the way.

Mash the feta and mix everything together thoroughly. Serve immediately with fresh basil. Enjoy!
