Asian meatballs – A recipe for tasty Asian meatballs in delicious teriyaki sauce.

Asian meatballs are so delicious. These meatballs can be used for many different dishes – serve them with fried noodles and vegetables or with rice and vegetables. Enjoy!

Kødboller, Frikadeller for 4-6 persons
Preperation 10 min. / Cooking 20 min. / Total 30 min.
Ingredients

Meatballs

800 g minced pork or chicken

1 egg

2 tbsp. sesame seeds

2 tbsp. soy

2 cloves garlic, grated

1 tbsp. ginger, grated

Pepper

Teriyaki sauce

200 ml teriyaki sauce

2 tbsp. soy

1 tbsp. runny honey

1 clove garlic, grated

1 tbsp. ginger, grated

Extras

2 spring onions, chopped

Sesame seeds

 

 

Approach

Meatballs

Heat the oven to 200 C convection.

Stir the minced meat with the other ingredients until combined and even. Form the mixture into 22-24 little meatballs. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the meatballs for about 10 minutes.

Teriyaki sauce

Put the ingredients into a pot and let it simmer and thicken. Add the meatballs and let it cook, so that the sauce is distributed over all the meatballs. Serve the meatballs immediately with a sprinkle of spring onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
