Chickpea Waffles – Easy and filling savory waffles with chickpeas and oats.
These waffles are made with chickpeas blended with milk and eggs, then combined with flour, oats, salt, and baking powder. The batter is mixed together, and finally melted butter is added. The waffles are baked in a hot waffle iron until golden. Let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
Savory waffles are so delicious, and these chickpea and oat waffles are both filling and protein-rich.
