One Pan Gyoza – Recipe for an easy and delicious one pan gyoza dish with dumplings baked in a creamy, flavorful sauce with coconut milk and gochujang.
This dish tastes amazing and is very simple to make. The sauce consists of coconut milk, gochujang, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce, which is poured over frozen gyoza in a baking dish. Once the gyoza are cooked, the dish is topped with spring onions, crispy chili oil, and sesame seeds. The delicious dumplings and sauce are served over finely shredded pointed cabbage.
It’s so easy to make this dish since everything is cooked in the same dish. I serve it with pointed cabbage, but you can also add pak choi or bell pepper to the dish. I use gochujang in the sauce, which is a fermented chili paste, but you can also use red curry paste instead. The dish can be served with noodles or with cooked rice. It’s a great everyday meal that can easily be served on busy days.
