The batter is made by blending cottage cheese with eggs, then adding milk, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, cardamom, and flour. The mixture is blended into a smooth, lump-free batter, which is then cooked in butter on a pan.

Cottage cheese pancakes are a great source of protein. Make sure to blend the cottage cheese well to avoid any lumps in the batter. The cottage cheese helps make the pancakes extra fluffy and delicious, especially when the batter is blended. I use 250 g of Cheasy cottage cheese with 1.5% fat, but you can also use the version with 4% fat.
