Vegan banana bread
Heat the oven to 175 C convection.
Mash the bananas with the sugar using a hand blender. Add the coconut oil and mix well. Mix the all-purpose flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt together and mix it well with the mashed banana. Fold in the chopped chocolate.
Line a loaf tin with baking paper and pour the dough into it. Bake the banana bread for about 40 minutes. Allow the bread to cool before slicing. Enjoy!
