Vegan banana bread

Vegan banana bread – A recipe for spongy vegan banana bread with chocolate chunks.

Bananbrød for 6-8 persons
Preperation 10 min. / Cooking 40 min. / Total 1 t.
Ingredients

Vegan banana bread

4 bananas, ripe

120 g sugar

75 g coconut oil, melted

200 g all-purpose flour

2 tsp. vanilla sugar

2 tsp. baking powder

1 little pinch of salt

150 g chopped dark vegan chocolate

 

 

Approach

Vegan banana bread

Heat the oven to 175 C convection.

Mash the bananas with the sugar using a hand blender. Add the coconut oil and mix well. Mix the all-purpose flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt together and mix it well with the mashed banana. Fold in the chopped chocolate.

Line a loaf tin with baking paper and pour the dough into it. Bake the banana bread for about 40 minutes. Allow the bread to cool before slicing. Enjoy!
