Puff pastry with Parma ham and asparagus


Puff pastry with Parma ham and asparagus

Heat the oven to 200 C convection.

Cut the puff pastry roll into 6 equal squares. Spread cream cheese in the center of each square and add some Parma ham, asparagus, and mozzarella. Close the two opposite corners together so the puff pastry covers some of the filling (see the photos).

Brush with the egg wash. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
