Puff pastry with Parma ham and asparagus – A recipe for delicious puff pastry with a filling of Parma ham, asparagus, cream cheese, and mozzarella.

This portion makes 6, but you can easily multiply the recipe or make a smaller portion.

Puff pastry with Parma ham and asparagus

1 roll ready-made puff pastry

6 tbsp. cream cheese, preferably with garlic

6 slices Parma ham

1 bunch asparagus, rinsed and prepared

100 g grated mozzarella

1 beaten egg for an egg wash


Puff pastry with Parma ham and asparagus

Heat the oven to 200 C convection.

Cut the puff pastry roll into 6 equal squares. Spread cream cheese in the center of each square and add some Parma ham, asparagus, and mozzarella. Close the two opposite corners together so the puff pastry covers some of the filling (see the photos).

Brush with the egg wash. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
