Preheat the oven to 200°C fan (convection).
Spread cream cheese over the puff pastry, add a layer of pesto, and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Distribute olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and a dash of oregano evenly over the pastry. Roll the pastry up tightly and cut it into approximately 15 slices. Place each slice onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the swirls for about 18-20 minutes, until they’re golden and crispy. Let them cool and serve. Enjoy!
