Overnight oats with banana and cocoa – A recipe for refrigerator porridge with banana, cocoa, oatmeal, and chia seeds.
This portion serves two, but it could also be two servings for one person. You can store the oats in the fridge for a few days.
Suggestions for toppings
The porridge can be topped with all sorts of delicious things. I like to have something fresh, something crunchy and something soft – fresh berries or fresh fruit, nuts, granola, peanut butter, almond butter, dulce de leche, homemade Nutella, desiccated coconut/ flakes or cocoa nibs, compote, or jam.
