Mulled wine with apple juice and lots of warm spices. My mother serves this mulled wine every Christmas and it smells heavenly and tastes so delicious. An alcohol-free and very child-friendly mulled wine that everyone can enjoy. But if you like to add some alcohol, feel free, the mulled wine extract can be easily mixed with white wine instead of apple juice.
The mulled wine extract itself is made with whole spices such as cinnamon sticks, star anise, cardamom seeds, vanilla pods and whole ginger. All of these spices are from Santa Maria’s huge selection of both ground and whole spices. Enjoy the apple mulled wine with, for example, with these delicious Swedish Lucia buns. They are filled with saffron, which you can also buy from Santa Maria. Enjoy!
