Happy December 2nd! Today, my Christmas recipes offer homemade fudge with Christmas foam candy. You loved my fudge recipe so much last Friday that I’ve developed it further, by adding Christmas foam candy. I’m sure most people know foam candy (like foam bananas and foam strawberries). Christmas foam candy are vanilla and strawberry flavored. I cut the foam into small pieces and cooked it together with the rest of the ingredients for the fudge, which gives the fudge a slightly pinkish tinge. Enjoy!

Put the cream, sugar, syrup and Christmas foam candies in a thick-bottomed pot and bring it to the boil as you stir it. Boil it until it reaches 124 C. It will take about 25-30 minutes. Then remove from pot from the heat and add the butter and white chocolate and stir well until it’s all is melted.
Line a 21 x 21 cm mold with baking paper and pour the fudge into the mold. Refrigerate until the fudge has set (takes about 1-2 hours) and cut the fudge into equal pieces and serve. Store the fudge in the refrigerator in an airtight container (it can stay for a few weeks in the fridge). Enjoy!
