Crunchy peanut butter granola with chocolate


This peanut butter granola with chocolate is so good! You can use it as crunchy toping on your smoothie bowl, a little quick snack or topping on your yoghurt. Try the easy recipe here:


Crunchy peanut butter granola with chocolate:

1 big portion:

140 g peanut butter ( half crunchy half smooth)

1 tbsp. sirup

250 g oats

1 teasp. vanilla

1/2 teasp. cinnamon

1/2 teasp. salt

50 g almonds, chopped

100 g dark chocolate, chopped or as drops




Bring peanut butter and syrup into a small bowl and melt it for approx. 20 seconds in the microwave. In a larger bowl mix oatmeal, vanilla, cinnamon and salt together. Add the peanut butter syrup mixture to the oatmeal and stir well. Chop the almonds and mix them in. Turn on the oven at 175 ° C. Distribute the granola on a piece of baking paper and bag for approx. 25-30 minutes until it becomes crispy and golden. Stir in the granola. When the granola is finished, take it out of the oven. Let it stand a little before the chocolate is added. Pour granola into an airtight container when it is completely cooled. Bon appetite!
