Caesar pasta salad
2 chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
200 g crème fraiche
100 g mayonnaise
1-2 sardine fillets
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 clove of garlic
400 g pasta, cooked
1 large salad, iceberg, or romaine
Caesar pasta salad
Fry the chicken breasts in a pan in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Fry until the chicken is cooked through.
The dressing can be made a few days in advance and stored in the fridge in an airtight container: Blend the ingredients together until combined in a slightly thin dressing. Taste and season as needed with salt and pepper..
Cut or tear the salad into smaller pieces. Spread the salad on a large plate. Cut the chicken into suitably sized chunks and arrange on top of the salad, spread the pasta, croutons, and Parmesan over and drizzle the dressing on top. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
