Caesar pasta salad – Caesar salad with pasta, chicken, croutons, and dressing, like the classic salad.
Croutons
4 slices of good bread, e.g. sourdough bread
Olive oil
Sea salt
Heat the oven to 185 C convection.
Cut the slices of bread into little cubes. Spread the cubes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and drizzle with olive oil and salt. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until they are slightly golden and become crispy.

Fry the chicken breasts in a pan in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Fry until the chicken is cooked through.
Caesar dressing
The dressing can be made a few days in advance and stored in the fridge in an airtight container: Blend the ingredients together until combined in a slightly thin dressing. Taste and season as needed with salt and pepper..
To serve
Cut or tear the salad into smaller pieces. Spread the salad on a large plate. Cut the chicken into suitably sized chunks and arrange on top of the salad, spread the pasta, croutons, and Parmesan over and drizzle the dressing on top. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
