Baked Orzo with Cream Cheese – A recipe for delicious, creamy, baked vegetarian orzo with garlic cream cheese, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach.
This dish is super easy to make and perfect for a weekday dinner. The recipe includes garlic cream cheese placed in a baking dish with orzo, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, onion, garlic, spices, and broth. It is first baked in the oven covered with foil, then uncovered for the remaining time. Once the orzo is cooked, everything is mixed with heavy cream, grated parmesan, and fresh spinach.
A wonderful vegetarian dish, but you can also serve it with chicken or salmon if desired.
Orzo is a type of pasta that resembles rice and can be found in most supermarkets.
