Baked cookie dough porridge

Baked cookie dough porridge – A delicious and easy recipe for baked porridge with chocolate chip cookies.

I used ordinary milk for the porridge, but any kind of milk can be used.

Bagt havregrød, Morgenmas for 4-6 persons
Preperation 10 min. / Cooking 25 min. / Total 35 min.
Ingredients

Baked cookie dough porridge

225 g oatmeal

250 ml milk

1 banana

2 eggs

1 large tbsp. peanut butter

1 tsp. baking powder

1 little pinch of salt

1 tsp. vanilla powder

1 tbsp. runny honey

150 g dark chocolate buttons

 

 

 

Approach

Baked cookie dough porridge

Heat the oven to 175 C convection.

Blend all the ingredients together (except the chocolate), in a blender, until combined. Stir in the chocolate.

Pour the mixture into a greased form/ovenproof dish and bake for about 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
