Cheeseburger – Recipe for delicious and easy cheeseburgers a la McDonalds. It is so easy and delicious to make cheeseburgers and they just taste really good. A cheeseburger from McDonalds is really simple. Burgers only consist of burger buns, steak with cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard, finely chopped onions and sliced pickled cucumbers. I’ve never worked at McDonalds, but I’ve probably eaten a lot of cheeseburgers throughout my life. At McDonalds, they assemble the cheeseburger in a very specific order, so if you know the absolutely correct row rim, please write.
I have used sliced cheddar cheese, but you can also use the very cheap version that you use for toast. The burger buns should preferably be the completely soft brioche buns, which can be bought in most supermarkets. Enjoy!

Shape the meat into 4 patties. Season them with salt.
Press them lightly flat and fry for 2-3 min. on a dry pan. Turn the steaks over and place a piece of cheddar on top. Fry for another 2-3 min. Warm the buns.
Put ketchup and mustard on the buns and sprinkle with onion. Place the steaks on and cucumbers on top. Do away with the overbolt. Serve immediately. Bon appetite!
